RLI Investors (RLI), an Independent asset and fund manager and specialist in logistics properties, acquired the transshipment hub, located in Neumünster and completed in 2018 via our company of Property Team AG and Wegner Immobilien, both based in Hamburg. The real estate has a total area of ca. 3,000 square metres, consisting of hall areas and office space. Deutsche Post Immobilien GmbH has leased the property for its tenant DHL Express for a fixed period of 15 years.
