In the third quarter of 2018 the office and commercial building in Lübeck was sold to a subsidiary of Magna Real Estate AG. The seller of the nearly 6,000 square metres and fully let property are private investors from Hamburg, who has commissioned Lütgen Breiholdt Immobilien with the sale.
