In the 4th quarter of 2022, we were able to successfully sell a logistics project in Jena-Maua in cooperation with Propterea Real Estate GmbH & Co.KG from Leipzig to a family office from southern Germany. The seller is a regional project developer. The rental area totals around 1,484.27 m² and is fully let to WM SE for 15 years.
