In the third quarter of 2018, the "Podbi Park", the former Bahlsen biscuit factory in Hanover, Lister Straße 6-18 was sold on behalf of Podbi Park GmbH & Co. KG. The listed site was extensively converted in 1993 into an office and commercial complex and it commands around 30,500 square metres of office space, around 5,000 square metres of commercial space and around 611 parking spaces and is fully let. The buyer was a Canadian real estate invesment trust and Lütgen Breiholdt operated as the sole mandatary for the seller throughout the disposal process.
