In the first quarter of 2019, the 15,000 m² office and retail complex in Downtown Hanover including a underground car park with 470 parking spaces was sold to the Momeni Group from Hamburg. The vendor acquired the Building in 2014 and carried out extensive Expansion and revaluation measures. Lütgen Breiholdt Immobilien was exclusively commissioned by the seller.
