In the fourth quarter of 2018 we were able to sell the office building in Hamburg, Eiffestraße 585 to Warburg-HIH Real Estate GmbH. The house is fully rented and has About 8,900 m² of rental space. The main tenant with an area share of around 70% is Asklepios Kliniken Hamburg GmbH which has signed a long-term lease in the property. Seller is a Family Office based in Hamburg.
