In the 2nd quarter of 2023, we successfully brokered an office building in Osnabrück to HIH Invest Real Estate on an exclusive mandate. The seller is pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG, which is renting the property back on a 15-year triple-net lease. The established location in the Science Park in Osnabrück is also the headquarters of pbr AG.
